Last Friday I spoke on the phone with Christian. Asked him how much is transmission fluid exchange on my car. He told me it is $ 289.95. This morning I wanted to use a coupon that I got by e mail. Danielle told me that the price Christian gave me is already discounted and the coupon cannot be used. Christian never told me that the price is after discount, and I thought the coupon can be used. I'm confused. It takes me 45 mins to get to your dealership. The transmission fluid exchange was not done for different reasons.

Christian has been very helpful, and I can't really complain about the service, I'm just very unhappy that I have to drive a rental for over a month that I'm not comfortable or happy with. Christian however has been kind, helpful, and patient.

It's always fun to see how people from different areas treat ya. Danielle was superb, and she had the appearance of enjoying her job. Maybe it's living in Florida and the pay is better, regardless everyone seemed very friendly and respectful. So yes I'll come back to this dealer before I go to Naples VW!!

I was charged by Christian for a repair on a car that I had purchased only a week before. On the purchase order there was a charge of almost $900 for dealer prep. I would think that this car being a certified used car that I had only put 40 miles on that they would have waived the $50 deductible but he did not I went to the sales staff and they agreed to refund me the the $50 I had to pay.
