Danielle wasn't in that day; I dealt with Thomas Sirmonds, who was polite, friendly and willing to make suggestions. Unfortunately my check engine light came back on so I'll be making an appointment. There is always a nice vibe there; great rock station on and lots of coffee. I love that women are in the service department. I wish the VW swag was a little little less expensive.
