It's always stressful when you have to take your vehicle in for service; but have to say; I am very pleased with the treatment, service and atmosphere of PC VW; I miss having the ladies up front; but Christian, the manager and the mechanic did show me kindness and patience and I got my vehicle back sooner than expected. I totally expect to be a customer far into the future and always refer fellow VW owners to give this location a shot. Happy customer; happy Sadie (my car). Thank you!

There were some hiccups along the way, however, Christian and his Manager, Thomas went above and beyond to get my car back to me after my service was completed. I will visit Norm Reeves for all my future needs as I visit family in North Port, FL. They are an outstanding company!

I’d rather have no one call me. Last time I was told I needed almost $800 in repairs and today nothing was wrong except my brakes. I don’t blame the guy who helped me, but please don’t call me.
