Stereo (Radio)works periodically.Brought far in when I first got the car for window tinting and the radio which was the first time about the radio.Second time in which was looked at tests etc.Was told Hope it will help the problem.Well It’s still the same .Works periodically and sometimes when it’s working it just cuts out etc!So my experience was not a good one to say the least….

I received an email about trading in my Jetta for a new vehicle. I spoke to several people about while my wife had it in for service to have it appraised. I came in the day before our appointment and drove an atlas. Very impressed with the car. Told my wife they would be appraising our car and to look at the new color and options for a new atlas. Never received an appraisal. I emailed I believe Tiffany about that and never heard back. So I’ll be taking my car to another dealership for the appraisal. I’d rather have bought local. The salesperson I spoke to was the day before was very friendly.

The car when purchased had a large dent on the passenger side. Along with a ding in the door and a healthy scratch on the truck. I was told by salesman it would all be taken care of. When I picked up the car the dent in the door was still there as well as the scratch. And the car interior was all dusty! The bodywork that was done was outstanding, however, I was surprised the smaller things were ignored. Disappointed after all was said and done we financed a used car for thousands of dollars with a ding and scratch! For that matter, we could have bought a new car. I will not argue for these two things as we were without our car for almost 2 weeks. The loner car was great. A wonderful marketing technique I might add as many co-workers wanted to see it! 2021 VW Passat. If I could return for a day or two and have those two little issues resolved, I would be 100% pleased! :)

I was quoted a price over the phone which I understand was an estimate. I drive 40 minutes to get there only to be told they were changing the estimate price. It would have been nice for them to call since they knew I was coming and I already had discussed how I was having financial trouble. So I got there and was told the higher price and had to leave because I couldn't afford the price. Long drive back with nothing done.
