Terrel is the most responsive, helpful Service Rep we have ever had. This applies to every dealership we have used over a span of 40+ years. He is the major reason we keep coming back. With the most recent issue we were out of town and called him two times for assistance. Terrel went above and beyond! We always feel comfortable brining our vehicles to your Service Department.

Did not get a satisfactory answer about electtical whirring sound comming from rear wheel. Extremely intermittent occurrence and I recorded on my phone but tech still could not explain it. I will record it again for a much longer time and bring car back. I do wonder what the unidentified repair was done during the certification process. This was last July when the car came in. There was a 156$ repair made twice, apparently.
