Service provided by all team members was superior! From the time we pulled in until pick up everyone made sure we were updated and comfortable. Service provided was super speedy and even provided us with a loaner car since we had an appointment to get to. Everything was so prompt. John and Matthew (mechanic) were just absolutely amazing and should be recognized for their customer service and professionalism. We traveled 1200 miles and for our our car to break down and basically be in limp mode was scary. They assured us it was going to fine and did what they needed to do to get us back on the road in just a few short hours! I would highly recommend this dealership!

Excellent service. Needed a replacement battery covered by warranty. Battery was replaced extremely quickly. I’m not sure how long it took but I think it was about 1/2 hour. Very pleased.

My daughter brought the car in for service because the battery had died after 1 1/2 years. I am quite disappointed because I was charged $194 for the new battery because “I already received a free battery.” I am wondering why a NEW battery would wear out that fast? My car is a 2017 and I have about 10,000 miles on it. Is it possible that the last one was a repurposed one? I await your reply. Thank you Irene F

Service was closing early due to a storm. John was attentive & quicly responded to my need for a. Oil change. Off I went to work during the storm! Great job!!!????
