I love my HRV. It’s excellent on gas, roomy interior and very comfortable to drive. The staff at PC Honda is the best always get excellent service

John was very nice, but paid for alignment a couple months ago when we bought 2 new tires. Vehicle pulled pork bad to the right. Brought it back in, they said it was fine. Still pulled to the right. Brought it back in today and rode with Nikita. Still pulled. Said they'd do some adjustments to help it and that it might be pulling because of some shock issue on back left tire. Not trying to be mean, but it felt like they were just reaching for anything to make it sound better. Still pulls to the right. Just not satisfied with the results of what we paid for.

The only negative comment I have is the length of time I had to wait. 2 hours for an oil change, tire rotation and car wash.

Tyler was so friendly and kind and helped with all my questions. Usually I have anxiety even over a simple oil change just because you never know what they can find, but he brought comfort and did a great a fantastic job. Thank you Tyler!

Jaime was respectful, courteous and professional from the moment he greeted us in the carport area. He kept me updated throughout our time at the dealership. He answered all my questions and even offered to call the Honda dealership in New Mexico I bought the car from to check on my service contract for oil changes. Very much appreciated.
