the representative who helped me was Extremely unfriendly, very cold, no warmth in his voice, cold eyes and face with not a smile or even a smirk. He is not the right person to be in the front of your business. You need people who are personable and friendly with good customer service and always have a smile for every customer. That man needs to go he is just way too cold. He shows no feelings whatsoever. He made me feel like he was a dead fish that got washed up on the beach. Do something about that man please

Jamie was very attentive and performed his duties in a professional manner. I very much appreciated his quick thinking by calling me upon finding my credit card I used for payment. I wasn't home yet, so easy turn around. Your greeters, car movers, service writers are all on the ball. I was surprised to see that my car was not touched until just under one hour of my appointment time of 10:15. I fully understand variables and the unexpected occur. I have over 30 years car dealership work experience. I can see getting behind schedule in the afternoon when the day has had time to unravel, but not an hour behind at 10:15. My guess is simply overbooking. I realize you have to allow for 'no shows', but that's when they all show up! This is not a complaint, I am completely satisfied with every staff member I encountered or observed. Thanks for the opportunity to provide feedback.
