This was my 1st visit to your service department and I was taken care of immediately after arriving for my oil change. Jaime Jusino was my service advisor and was very good to deal with.

The radio & compass were not reactivated with a better change. XM Second time this has happened. Also I mentioned that the battery was from Honda. John did not check & tried to bill me $181. Gee, I miss Angela.!! How do I reestablish my Xmas radio & compass? Will someone come to my home 40 miles round trip ????????????????

I found Tyler Smith to be a courteous, knowledgeable and helpful young man. I appreciated that he called to let me know what Honda service department found out about my car and to let me know he was sending a driver to pick me up. What an excellent addition to your service department.
