Very good at follow up...reminders of the appointment sent several times.... When I arrived at the dealership Jaime was busy on the phone with another customer (appeared to be a difficult one too) but he was able to multitask and get me registered and hooked up with a service person to get my car into the service line....He kept me informed of the status of the service, brought me the paper work to sign and made sure the car was washed and ready for me to pick up....during all this time he was polite, kind and efficient....very pleased....cheers...Jim
