I don’t understand why Honda or one of your service techs can’t resolve the issue of the driver’s side view mirror vibrating. It has been an issue for most Ridgelines and Pilots. It is very disappointing and not like Honda to ignore. I am ne’er 50 years of owning Honda’s and never had an issues unresolved. Thank you Dan Trifilo

Terrell did a great job and I was very happy with his attitude and help. Your mechanic however upset me a lot. I had a tire with a problem and had to use the donut to get it to your shop. He took the donut off to replace with a brand new tire (only 8,000 miles on the one replaced) and he did not replace the donut. I got home and there was the don't in the Bach, just thrown there and not replaced. I was in slacks and a shirt and had to replace the donut under the car. NOT HAPPY!!!

Overall the experience was ok. I did have a few issues. The time spent waiting to check in and check out was pretty long. On the tire they replaced they did not put back on the custom Valve stem cover back. Which was noticed by myself and found before I left. After getting home and looking at the car I noticed at first what looked like the rim was damaged from being replaced but it was debris from the chemical used to replaced the tire. Could have been wiped off. Getting to the front of the car there was a greasey hand print on the front bumper by the hood. Next to the hand print looks like a chip in the paint were a possible tool had fallen and struck the bumper. I know these were not there before serves was completed on the car because it was washed and detailed before the car was dropped off.

Appointment was made for oil change and possible rear window water leak. My daughter went, they just did the oil change, said we would have to come back for the rear window. They did not even look at it. Car was still dirty, never even sprayed water on it. We live 40 minutes away. Poor service. Called service manger, never returned call Please have someone contact me ****-****-xxxx
