What great service at this location! We were traveling 3 hours away from home and got a flat tire. John was more than helpful because we knew we had a tire warantee but did not know all warantees are different at each Honda dealership so he went above and beyond, called our home Honda location, got the info then got the tire replaced quickly so we could be on our way! What a GREAT Team you have! Thanks so much for make our flat tire a good experience :-)

I voiced concern about a Honda dealer that we had to go to while on a road trip. No type of apology from the manager here. There was also a grease spot left on the seat yesterday and I had to return to your dealership It was an inconvenience and I got no type of apology for that inconvenience. We had voiced a concern previously for a service call, filled out the survey and got NO RESPONSE. Is that how your business is run? It seems that the most anyone there is concerned about is buying my car. I have gotten several calls and emails. What's that all about??? How about responding??

Just wish they would have checked the air pressure in the back tires. They changed the front tires to new ones and had them properly inflated, but the existing ones were not even close to being evenly or properly inflated. I had to stop on the drive home from the dealer to do it. Thought that was unnecessary with the inspection process having just taken place.

I would like upper management to know that Terrel Sylver the service advisor that I had the opportunity to do business with, treated me like I was a new vehicle customer. I went to your service department with an issue on a 2019 Honda Ridgeline that I purchased at coconut point Honda in Estero Florida a week before . I explained to Terrel that I did not buy it at your dealership and he said that was perfectly fine , he’d do everything he could to take care of me . Needless to say, he provided me with a loaner and stayed in contact with me each day til it was fixed. I hope this dealership knows how good of an employee you have there . They are pretty hard to come by these days as we all know . Thank you Norm Reeves Honda and especially Terrel for taking care of me to 100% satisfaction .
