My first contact was over the phone with Tyler Daveluy in Parts. He listened well when I explained my issue and was most courteous. When I arrived at the dealership I was walking up to the entrance and was greeted by an employee who asked if he could help. That was great!! He directed me to the Parts Department where I spoke with Tyler. Tyler introduced me to Danielle and she was terrific. My issue with replacement key was resolved in less than an hour. Clean waiting area. Although I must say the chairs are not meant for short women. I am barely 5 ft tall. I had to sit on the very edge of the chair to get comfortable. If I sat all the way back to relax my back, my legs were dangling. The challenges of being short!! Everyone was courteous and helpful
