Thank you,thank you! DANILLE WAGNER! This lady is on her game! Multitasking and handling it all with cool,calm, and very sweet personality! She had sent a message that my warranty part had arrived in parts. That’s awesome, so I’m thinking it’s a small part I’ll pick it up and install it myself. I show up mid morning unannounced and stop in to see DANILLE WAGNER to retrieve the part. She says where’s my vehicle? I told her I’m here without an appointment. That’s quite okay,we’re going to fit you in right now! Less than 30 minutes later I’m finished and heading home! This service and parts department is absolutely the best! Thanks again DANILLE WAGNER! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all my HONDA Norm Reeves friends!
