I had asked for certain accessories to be ordered and on hand for installation every since December 5th and the parts still were not there by December 16th when I came for service. I asked verbally and via email and was given confirmation they should all be installed on the same day so i could avoid doing multiple trips to the dealership and it wasn't done. On top of that disappointment, whoever did the tint in my vehicle left remnants of tint and liquid stains all throughout the car. It doesn't look like any attempt was made to wipe up this liquid on my door panels and seats before it dried. If these stains do not come off interior, there is going to be a problem real soon ????

Upon picking up my car and already on a tight schedule, I arrived to pickup my vehicle keys and sign off docs. When I arrived, Tyler was on the phone and your other service advisor could not help me even though she was not on the phone. When I asked if someone can assist me because I was in a rush to get going as I was close to going in for work she simply replied “I am sorry but Tyler has your paperwork and you will have to wait for him to be done with the call”, after 10 minutes of waiting Tyler was still on the phone and when I asked for help I was told the same thing. As the first time I service at your Honda dealer, I was very dissatisfied. If this is the way customers are treated I will just get rid of my Honda and not consider buying one in the future. This visit was by far the worst I have had anywhere. Tyler didn’t make an attempt to find someone to help me, nor did the service advisor next to him. I had no choice but to ask for a manager who got it done in 5 minutes after stressing for the 4th time that I was being late for work because Tyler was still on a call and I was being asked to wait. 15 minutes later still Tyler was on the same call. If he has sat there on that call for and hour, that means I has to wait all that time? This is unacceptable and i will be writing further review on other sites and even reach out to your corporate office. As a customer I feel very let down for what was my introduction to Honda.

The car display said maintenance due, not what it was so when asked,I said probably oil change due, he agreed. When I picked up my keys the service man said oil change & tire rotation. I told him I did not realized the one time fee covered both & that I had just rotated the tires last month & now I have again the worst tires on front, pulling & steering. He said he would have them changed back but I had other appointments & didn’t have time. I suggested next time that he make sure the customer knew exactly what was going to happen & he agreed. All nice people there.

I got 1/2 mile away from dealership and my tire pressure light went on, now my husband has to go outside in the dark & add air. Was a problem last visit as well

Tinting was done and left my windshield a mess. Adhesive from the work was smear all over. I’ve been cleaning the windshield to get it off. It’s most visible when the sun is shining through.
