My car appointment was for service. I dropped it off at 9:00 am. At 3:00 pm calling the office because I was told service will take 3 hours. When came to pick the car up, I was told that nothing had been done. The gentleman is very nice and kind, but today was disappointing.

I took time out of my day to bring in the vehicle then again to pick it up for a factory defect. This was after waiting a year from when I ordered it. I asked that the ID.4 be charged when I picked it up. It wasn’t. It’s the little things that really upset customers.

Service took quite a long time than what I expected but
the hospitality what Ethan gave to me was really impressive.
Very disappointed that after spending a lot of money on a service, the car was not washed. It felt like an unfinished job. Not the kind of good customer service I was expecting.

I won’t be coming back. This is the third service appt - but the communication betweeen staff service and client is poor. I’ve seen unhappy clients every visit. Every time there’s a miscommunication with staff and service causing me money and time each time - the staff is un organized- sarcastic & need lessons on customer service along with time management. Every time I’ve arrived when service says it’s ready after basic tune ups I’ve shown up and waited 3-5 more hours. Ridiculous
