I’m not satisfied though that I need to drive with brand new car with horrible screen interface. I was told that there is a back log for the 12v battery replacement before software update but I find it ridiculous that customers like me driving a car more than 2 years like that! Tesla & Rivian customer service is way better!

I switched from Capistrano VW to have my car serviced because they twice failed to meet their commitment of when my car service would be completed. I twice I had to pick up my car and bring it back the next day . . Felipe told me when the car would be ready and it was ready well before the time.
