Really easy guy to work withre
Only complaint my car was not washed, there was so much dust and dirt covering the outside of my newly detailed vehicle. I normally take my vehicle to Capistrano VW where they wash my car at each visit, I was surprised to see how dirty my car war was especially the windshield.

The 2 days with out a loaner is not acceptable since we are seniors and one car family. The passenger front door won’t open from inside which is very dangerous and the update still shows black image for apple play.
Initially I was very dissatisfied because I could not get any communication about the status of my repairs - and it was a very expensive repair.
After I voiced my dissatisfaction I was put in touch with Jimmy ****. Jimmy handled the communications with me from then on and I was completely satisfied with Jimmy. He was excellent!
Josue was very helpful and kind. He kept me posted on the status of my car and provided me with great customer service throughout the process. Very satisfied.
Your service was Great! I did have some question about why is my car still is showing low pressure in my tires? I just had to new tires put on. I will bring it back on Friday 3-21-2025? Jaleelah S

The issue I have and I know I am not alone is that there seems to be shortage of service loaners for customers.

It’s hard to suggest that I was completely satisfied with the service repair. One point is that a recall notice (faulty door handles) wasn’t completed due to lack of service parts. Secondly, to learn that a broken wire was causing a fault error with the airbag system, possibly due to rodents, was disappointing to learn of a $400 repair cost. Jimmy did a good job in getting the repair done and finding a small discount. My sense was, having bought the car at Norm Reeves, as well as, taking out an additional insurance policy, offset or eliminate this repair bill. Gary

I reluctantly had to bring my Tiguan into your service center for an unknown repair… help is what I needed. I shared this with Renato and he was understanding and proceeded to get this done. The expected wait was 3 weeks, and that’s exactly how long it took. He and his team were really wonderful… they turned my attitude around. I sincerely appreciate how everything was handled and the communication provided. There’s one thing that surprised me. After having my car for that period of time I thought it would have been washed / cleaned for my pick up… I’m just saying… BUT that’s irrelevant… My car is back and running great ???? Thank you!!!
