None of the items that I brought the vehicle in for, were fixed. I was told that features I know my car has, aren't available anymore. I was told that I have to take time off of work again to bring the vehicle back next week so they can start over from scratch with a new key. While I appreciate the Lyft to work, I would have preferred to have the problems fixed.

I was a little disappointed that my car took so long after they quoted me a day and a half and took almost 4 days, but that wasn’t Ethan’s fault. Other than that it was an easy experience. Ethan did a good job of explaining everything.
