I have a 2022 ID.4 that now has three recalls. I made an appointment a couple months ago to have the first recall addressed. When I arrived at the time of the appt. I was told they didn't have time to fix the recall. After some discussions, The service department finally was able to address half of the recall.
This time I had another appointment to assess a flat tires, to fix the second half of the previous recall, and fix two additional recalls. I waited on site while the work was done, but an hour and a half later the car hadn't even moved. They eventually gave me a loaner and we agreed I would pick up the car the next afternoon. The next afternoon, I texted the dealer to check when I could pick up the car and was told the service dept. didn't have time to address ANY of the 3 recalls and the car would be ready at the end of the week (3 days in the future).
Why do you make appointments if they're meaningless?!
I've had nothing but problems with your sales, service and DMV departments and am highly dissatisfied with the entire dealership.
Lack of communication and poor delivery of expectations of when my car was supposed to be fixed. Something simple took 5 days to complete. I will not be back for service and purchase again.
Jimmy was knowledgeable, patient, kind, and professional. He is an absolute gem and I feel like someone with his radiant positivity would be a welcome addition to any business organization. This is the second time he has kept us informed and explained every step and detail of the process. This wasn’t just a trip to get a new battery, it was an experience and an excellent one at that. You are lucky to have him on the team!
