Customers need unparalleled service and VW need to stop cheap tricks to make an extra buck. So petty and conveys a cheap attitude towards business eg: a service representative calls to say the first 3, regular maintenance are free but you have to pay $30 for tire rotation. If one needs to check the brakes properly one needs to u remove the tire to check the pads as well as the disk., so the tire rotation could be done without the charge. Cleaning the vehicle should also be standard.

Please don’t contact me. I did my absolute best to try and get answers about my vehicle and repeatedly didn’t get the communication about the vehicle and what was being done even at a bear minimum level. Text messages weren’t responded to and concerns that we had and agreed to pay for weren’t addressed and the explanations I received after having to call in and come in resulted in “we do this 10 times per day” as if that’s an explanation to a specific question about the service we were told would be done and wasn’t. I will not be coming back as I don’t trust this location with my vehicle after this experience.

Excellent service. Excellent communication and the entire team took care of me when my car needed repair for over a week. The loaner car was clutch getting to work everyday and I am very happy with Rigo and the entire VW team.
