The service you contracted to call and confirm my appointment called every day for weeks. I told them that we would be there, but they continued to call every day, even after I told them to stop calling. I may not bring my car back to you because of them.

However, driving home after picking up my completed car at 5pm on July 2nd, my car completely shut down going 35 mph on Alton driving north in lane 1. Immediately my dash flashed EPC. I was able to restart and pull out of traffic, nearly causing cars to rear-end me and honk at me many times. AAA was called and after 45 minutes flat bed towed me home. This was immediately after picking up my car from Norm Reeves and paying $2400. for suggested repairs! Service was closed so I towed home and called Renato to leave an urgent message at 6:15pm.
After hearing nothing Wednesday at 8am I called AAA and again had my car towed to Norm Reeves and called Renato to tell him what happened.
Wednesday afternoon Rigo got me a loaner car, thankfully, because I am undergoing treatment at City of Hope.
Renato called me Friday, July 5, with questions from Volkswagen regarding the dangerous shutoff of my car. I answered his questions and he said my car’s problem had not been solved yet and it would take some days. Today is Monday, July 8, and I still have the loaner, thank you very much! However I have not spoken to any Service Rep since Renato on Friday the 5th. I believe he is off today but I need an update call!!! I really trust Renato but I have been totally helpful and understanding. I am a retired Kindergarten teacher with health concerns. I just spent $2400.
Didn’t fix my problem, which still persists. Can’t wait until the lease is up.
I showed up without an appointment on a Friday morning. I was driving to Las Vegas and asked for a quick check to be on the safe side. Temperatures are supposed to be at an all time high and wanted to be sure. Jimmy listened to my concerns and went about the call. My car was looked at, topped off, and sent on my way with a smile and best wishes. Fantastic care like always. There are other VW dealerships closer but this is where I take my car. Thank you again, Jimmy and Norm Reeves.
