Today was the only time I’ve ever had excellent customer service at your dealership. It was because of the service guy that helped me. I have to bring my car back in to get a part replaced. I hope he’s working that day.

The oil change and tire rotation took two hours and 10 minutes while we waited for the vehicle, that is abhorrently way too long and they kept telling her it would be another 10 to 15 minutes over and over again, way too long for that type of service

The check engine light turned on 10 minutes after I stepped out of dealership. When I bright car back to dealership, it service department was closed, so I drive back 30 miles home with CEL on. Now I have to go back again tomorrow morning to get it fixed.

This was the worst service I have ever received. I was told everything was under warranty (it’s on a recorded call), then I showed up and they refused to give me my car back. I was told they made a mistake and my battery was not under warranty. NO ONE called to ask about putting in a battery, since it was “covered under warranty”. When I went to pick-up my car I told I would have to pay $430, that is absolutely unacceptable and frankly feels like a scam. Josue was extremely rude and Renato gave me false information.

The vehicle was not repaired to my satisfaction. The issues that I asked to be fixed weren't corrected. Also, as soon as I drove off the lot, the air pressure light came on, the service now light was not reset, and the clock was wrong.
