Josue was very helpful & pleasant. I appreciated his updates regarding servicing my car throughout the day. When I came in to pick up my car, he remembered that I had walked home in the morning after dropping off my car, so he asked if I had walked back from home. When I told him yes, he quickly left & came back with a cold water bottle for me. That was very thoughtful! He's a great guy!!
I requested a preliminary quote to fix an issue in the truck area. Josue called me back a couple of hours after I dropped off the car.
Last April I took the car in and I asked the person who helped me the same question but I never got an answer. When I picked up the car the guy qdid not even remember what I asked (cannot remember his name but you have it on file). I will be back because of Josue.
Called in and got great service from the from the assistant. Based on my VIn all recalls were addressed and scheduled.

Jimmy was very helpful and thorough in my visit to Volkswagen Normreeve.
I brought my car for a problem with the A/c vents. Jimmy explained to me how they'll go about diagnosing the problem and kept me up to date on progress for the next days. Once they figured it out, they worked out the logistics with the waranteee company to get repairs authorized and proceeded with the job. I greatly apreciate the great job the technicians have done and getting the repairs paid for.
