I was double charged for my service on Friday. I paid online and then when I came into the store they told me I hadn’t paid so they charged me again. I would please like a refund of the extra charge. Thank you.

The staff was excellent. The repair seems proper. Maybe a small thing, but my car was not was washed when returned too me. Something I always look forward too when my car goes to tye dealership for service. My first experience with your dealership and drove off in a dirty car. How would it make you feel?

I had an 8:30 reservation. For a 20k service. I was going to wait for my car. 2 hours approximately. After one hour of waiting the device guy said it would be longer. I took a Lyft ride home after 12 noon the car hadn’t even been touched. I was given a loaner car. The car was finally finished at 5.

Even though it was a Saturday, I was told it would take approximately 90-120 min. I received both a text and email when the car was done and it was one hour and 45 minutes. I was more than Satisfied.

Ii dropped off my car on Friday 10-9-20 at 5:30pm. I thought the car would of been completely done about 2pm on saturday. My car wasn’t done until 4:30pm on 10-10-20..

Raul service is good , but removing car wash after service does not make sense, specially for the customer like me who paid this service before and car wash after service was included.

Mr. Brucks was very professional and he arranged for my car's service to be completed within a fully acceptable amount of time. He was very courteous and customer friendly as well as being very knowledgeable and it was a pleasure to deal with him. I have always been happy with the way I have been treated at Norm Reeves VW and two other employees I would like to commend are Raul Escamilla and April Dean. My wife and I have leased two cars from April and we will likely lease another one from her in the future.

The repair took numerous days due to lack of ability to diagnose the issue. We got a rental car that smelled like a cigarette ****. We would have exchanged it but everyday we were told repair would be done by the next day. A very disappointing experience.
