Service was great. Did not receive a car wash like I have before.
I had a software recall that needed to be addressed. I dropped my car off and it was taken care of quickly. All of the service personnel were courteous and efficient.
I spoke with the GM, I'm not sure if he is looking into it or got busy.
Service department and management are all terrible
SoCal fires occurred while my car was in the care of Norm Reeves. A significant amount of ash was in my car upon pick up. I requested that it be cleaned. Even after I was wiped down ash was still present. I personally paid to have it cleaned once I took it home.
Was completely disappointed with the service and will factor this into my next car purchase.
Doubtful I would go with this location again after this experience.
Raul was so helpful to me. He jumped into a situation I had with the car I bought just last week. I explained to him that I really needed my car back today because I had to work tomorrow. He got my battery replaced within 1 hours time. He has a professional, yet energetic personality which contribute to his outstanding customer service!

Raul has assisted me twice now with my Jetta. I find him to be extremely customer oriented and very professional.
To be honest, I usually have my mechanics work on my vehicles but Raul has changed my opinion of “dealerships”—well at least yours!
The service department was extremely overwhelmed with work. Even though an appointment was made, we still waited 3 days for the car to even be looked at by a technician. The only reason it was even looked at after 3 days was because we had gotten feed up with being told the car was next in line and returned to pick up the car. The car was put up on the racks and looked after we arrived at the dealership to pick up the car. Honesty about how backed up the service was in the beginning would have been better the distrust that has resulted from being lied to.
I took The Lyft bhome a half hour later they called it was done . Too bad he vouldnt predict how long before ready He said it might be Re day in three hours he couldn’t predict it.

The service and customer service was horrendous. I have owned many cars over the years and always have them serviced at the dealer. I will assure you that I will never use the services at Norm Reeves ever again. I would rather go to Valvoline than leave my car with your service center. I would love the opportunity to speak to someone about the ordeal I went through not to cause a problem but to help your company fix the dis function that is going on at Norm Reeves. I am a business owner and if someone was treated as poorly as I was I would want to know so I could remedy the situation.

Thomas was very professional, greeted me warmly, even with the mask on,
I could see that he is a nice gentleman. Explained about what was going to
be done & about how long it would take. Surprisingly it did not take as long as
I was told, which was great!
