Engine light came on when I got home. No loaner vehicles like BMW and Mini. No car washes like BMW and Mini. No maintenance warranty like BMW and Mini. VW needs to be more competitive with its German competition.

The job was not 100% completed I had to waste my time bringing the car twice and pay insurance for a rental car. Besides gas. A great service is when the customer has nothing to worry. Wastes no time and the job gets done 100%

Oddly enough, credit to you amazing team, surveys have be one my favorite part of the experience. On the service side, Raul is the reason why I come to your dealer. He is attentive and shows true care for me as a customer. I’d be honest to say that I don’t get the same attention when I take my wife’s Jag out to the dealer. Please acknowledge his great work. Also, on the sales side, Jas is the best in the business. He is the reason why I will always be a dedicated customer at Norms Reeves.
