Service was good, and usually is. Disappointed that my pregnant wife had to wait two hours for an oil change when I scheduled an appointment. We were hoping that tire rotation would be included in the price of an oil change and shuttle service/car washes should be reinstated as protections are in place and Covid is on the decline.
Tom is great and we really appreciate how committed he is to only giving us the service we need - we never feel like we are being upsold or taken advantage of. We love VW and think that Tom represents the brand to the fullest.

Due to changing the turn signal of the car, I found two display lights on the left side of the car were not on when I returned home. I will take time to go back and check again. Thanks

I understand that COVID-19 restrictions are going to be around for a while but I pay for full service and don’t understand why you can’t fill my windshield washer reservoir with washer fluid. The last two times it was filled with just water. I can go to jiffy lube for service like that

Raul and staff are great - attentive and knowledgeable. I do question management’s change to custom of courtesy car wash - it is done by dealers of all my other vehicles . Why remove that perk??

Raul was great. Very professional and willing to go over and beyond. The problem is that my car sat at your dealership for at least 5 days evidently waiting for a part . Another day because the latch didn’t work for some reason after they got the new part. So...now they need to get a latch.
The car is doing the same thing that it was doing before I originally took it in.
My husband picked up the car and didn’t check the mechanical aspects or the area that your mechanics worked on. And after that many days you would think they would have at least washed the car!!
It is so dirty, how can you release a car after waiting that much time and not wash it?? Poor business.
I have made arrangements with Raul to take my car in...again!! I’ll show him the damage, and to “fix” the original problem that wasn’t fixed as it is doing the same thing it did before I took it in...
Raul is a great service provider, I question the people that worked on my car. My “trunk” area was completely different when I dropped it off, and some damage was done.
I now have to take my car back on Thursday. Hope it will be fixed second time around. I am very very dissatisfied with the service.
