Parts took a long time to arrive. Repairs delayed while waiting for vw car warranty approval
Service rep personality is very off-putting. Spends too much time chatting up female clients while line is very long. My old service rep was more professional and service oriented, unfortunately he is out on medical leave. I will go back to South coast vw for my next service.
I have no complaints. I was treated and taken care of with respect and professionalism. Only complaint didn't get my car washed

I made an appointment on Friday and told the agent that my A/C needed to be fixed in addition to the oil change. When I got to the dealership on Saturday the representative told me that the A/C machine was broken. I wished they would have told me that on Friday. I would have made an appointment somewhere else. Now I need to take my car elsewhere for the A/C.
Forced turn off lights in the car, it need to fixed however there was no further appointment or explanation, not even explain what to do next.
I have serviced my car at Norm Reeves several times Michael was by far the best service person I have had The service department really needs to have more people available to help There was a line of us to pick up our cars and Michael was pretty much the only person helping us

I had a problem with my new 2021 VW Jetta . The sunglasses compartment would not close. They it was fixed but when I got in to the car it was still broken and took it back and fixed it.
Raul was excellent and provided me with outstanding customer service. He waited outside till all the issues were completed and till I drove off.
