I asked to pick up my car after hours and when I showed up, the sales dept did not have my car available neither access to it. Therefore, I wasted my time.
First, the invoice was unclear. The initial charge ($290) included unacknowledged increase without my approval and signature, and showed somewhat discrepancy of $30.
Second, I've waited for the pick up logistics for about one and half hour. My car was ready at 5 pm on Aug. 19th. And, the driver arrived at 6:20 pm to pick up. I called the parts service center twice before 5 pm for arranging logistics. They ignored my calls.
Still, $250 is charged on my account, which is different from the invoice. I hold all the documents including the invoice and the service charge.
As a committed, 3 year long customer, I would claim this is a very disappointing experience, and, to me, I feel like I was judged by my language and skin color. This is not fair.
