Travel assist doesnt work properly. Your technician "couldnt duplicate". Not sure he did anything other than measuring tread depth.
He was really professional and friendly. Even though he was new he did a great job just making sure I was served well. He was very kind even though my car had some problems after the oil change. He was also really cute
My car was not serviced. Took 9:15 am appointment but my car was not attended to for entire day. Not only they didn’t perform service they didn’t call to let me know that the car cannot be serviced today. I am greatly disappointed. Don’t know why there is appointment based services if the customer is not serviced based on it.
I was happy about the price of the oil change and ended up getting something else I needed. I was happy the coffee machine was working. The waiting room needs an upgrade. I don’t know if you could make it a bit larger and more modern. I’m sure this is the last thing on your mind as far as importance, it is just noticeable. Nothing todo with my car service. Thanks again.

I felt like David chose to go above and beyond what I expected, or knew was an option, when he looked into an additional warranty option, since our VW warranty had expired, but my Beetle’s mileage is still so low. That warrant was approved and the service was covered by it. Great service from him!
