Note- I did call before I went and the person I spoke with was not so accommodating and I found out that he did not provide me with accurate information and it seemed intentional. Glad ai didn’t have to deal with him when I went in. GRATEFUL FOR RIGOBERTO!! :)

We have gotten both of our cars serviced since purchasing them at Norm Reeves Volkswagen. Always great service. On this visit Jimmy **** very efficient in checking us in and going over our service records to schedule what was needed. He also made a timely call back with an update. Unfortunately our Passat had a damaged radiator and would require a replacement. We decided to leave the car overnight and they were able to install a replacement the next day. Although the final cost for everything was significant we know the job was done by qualified technicians and factory parts. Thanks to Jimmy and Norm Reeves.
