Everyone is always kind and I can tell my suspension is better now. What is annoying is that I make an appointment, I'm reminded of it...and then yet still when I show up it's "do u have an appointment and what brings u in." The lack of a loaner vehicle is also a huge inconvenience.

Ethan was great! Very personable! I was disappointed that there was a charge for tire rotation but on the website for making my appointment, that was a "no charge" service. If the website is behind, as Ethan said it sometimes happens then either update your site or honor what is there.

This is a 2023 ID.4 Pro - however you have listed it as a 2022 and nowhere on the customer paperwork dies it show what was fixed for the (4) door handle recall and there’s nothing about what software was updated per the recall.
