You charged too much to change a headlight
The test drive was way too short. I should have spoken up and driven the car myself and taken it in 280. As soon as I left and accelerated while making my right turn, the car made the sound I was talking about. It also did the backward jerk one time on my way home. I don’t know what to say. Mike was pleasant but he seemed stressed and I guess I can revisit these issues when I come back. Your service adviser was ready to shoo me away when I presented my paperwork regarding the possible transfer of wheel & rim coverage until Mike intervened and told him different. I do understand that everyone is more stressed than usual including myself but t please try and listen to what I am saying.
