Thanks for getting my 2001 corvette fixed when other shops could not. I will definitely come back for future service.

At this point I'm not happy at all about the service I received and never will do business with Robert DeNooyer's again unless they make the service right in the 2016 Dodge Ram 2500 I purchased from them a couple weeks ago, so unless I'm satisfied with the repair I will make sure to tell anyone and everyone not to deal with DeNooyer's
I have already told the team this, but I would have appreciated getting a phone call to let me know that my car was not able tobe serviced on the day that I had scheduled. I only found out when I called the service dept at 5 p.m. Other than that, my vehicle was serviced early the next day and I am happy that they were able to service my car quickly.
I felt I was told in accurate information when I got my diagnosis back. I spent thousands of dollars to "fix the issue" and when the issue persisted I was told they had to try those solutions first before replacing the actual defective part. A quick Google search showed that the actual issue is very well known and should have at least been stated as a possibility before attempting to fix the car the first time. Then, when I went to pick up the car the second time after the actual problem was resolved, the tech or sales advisor or whatever the person who handles customers is called, they told me they found another completely separate issue which could be fixed for the low price of $450. I was insulted they would even suggest I would agree to any more repairs after my experience. I felt I was being upsold on an issue that suddenly needed fixing when it wasn't told to me the first time. I don't like being told I need one more repair after every visit especially when I feel I was misled in the first place.

I have always loved going here. Everyone trys their best to make sure your service is at a timely manner, but also friendly.
I have had the vehicle for 4 months and only driven for 3. Able to confirm that my engine is going to give out because of the history with this type of vehicle. Proper notes weren't left in the account which made me feel like an idiot. It took me leaving and my mom calling to get to the bottom of it. Just feeling as if I should have not gotten this vehicle at all.
Love the service that is offered to customers to make sure appointments fit their schedule and made so convenient.
They still have not figured out why my truck seems to slip and stutter on acceleration.
Too many text and email notifications regarding the appointment.

The cost was outragus. and I was not informed of the high cost before hand. Because if i had been I would have went somewhere else.
They were very professional and communicated to me all they did and noted my concerns for warranty purposes .I was completely satisfied
