The staff is great, I thought the price was over the top.
Thanks! Great service as always.
Prices way too high and talked them about a part for my car they Saud it was in and would install come to find out they ordered wring part
Bonnie is awesome, give her a raise!
We had another excellent service experience. Thank you!
COVID consequences - total chaos on a Monday morning. Eric did a great job fitting in our emergency needs and getting us on the road asap.
I was told by the guy who checked me in that there was nothing wrong with my car before anyone even looked at it. Also if nothing was found GM wouldn’t cover any of the bill. This person never got in my car or drove it.
Your service and updates by phone were excellent and we sincerely appreciate it! Thank you!
Found over $1000 worth of work 15 days after I bought the vehicle from the used car department took 2 weeks to schedule appointment then a had the car for a month for Something that should not have taken longer than 2 weeks Max
Came back from a alignment worse than it was before and now I’m out of a set of tires that could’ve been avoided had they paid more attention
Friendly staff and quality service
There was barely any communication between having my truck for three days and top it off there was no rental for meSo I had to all my traveling by bike.
Young gal at service desk was not very friendly and bad attitude, also stated she didn't see that I had an appt at 345 but did say she would get me in. Just seems like to many new young people with less experience than I would like to see.
Time billed for job labor was too expensive, will not be back.
Very impressed with the flow and solution to my service problem!
The staff is always amazing!
I don't like that gm is required me to return the rental vehicle and pick up my vehicle which still has the same manufacturing defect that is covered under warranty due to a faulty purge valve. I am now forced once again to continue driving a vehicle which may cause further damage to my vehicle (ex. I literally have to flood my engine with gas when starting my vehicle every time I put gas in it.). This puts unnecessary stress on the engine). Additionally I have to drive 25 miles each way in order to pick up my vehicle in Holland and will have to do this all over again when the part comes in. Why would this part not already be stocked at a GM certified dealership considering the known for ssues surrounding 2016 and 17' model Trax purge valves? Overall, this will cost me about 200 miles of driving (a total of 4 round-trips to a from Grand Rapids). And 4.5 hours of my time. Not to mention the gas and decreased fuel economy as a result of this GM issue. This is a GM issue and they need to pay for a rental car so long as the car has a faulty purge valve installed. Why should I as the customer have to deal with all this? Does GM really put their customers first? Or is it just about the bottom line? Prove me otherwise.
