Your went ahead and repaired my vehicle before I approved of the repairs. We left our text conversation that we would call and talk on the phone in the morning. But in the morning I received a text that my car was partially repaired and ready for pick up. One of the clunking noises still persists.

She made sure I was informed on what they were doing on the truck and gave information on future inspection that I would need. She was great
I was told my vehicle was finished, but when I went in and I was sent to the cashier, who couldn’t find my paperwork. I was then told they were still working on my truck and it would be another 20 minutes. I dropped my truck off at 9:20, my appointment time, but it was finished until almost 11:00. Needless to say, I was not impressed.
Service was great. Had oil prints on hood and doors. Just saying. Good job.

I called several times to try to get an update on my car. No one was answering their phone and I left voice messages but no return calls. After 5 hours I called and asked for Dominic Denooyer. He returned my call and then I got answers. Peyton never responded

Vehicle was done at the appointed time. Advisor went over the inspection as well, noted that vehicle should have an alignment soon, will schedule that after winter tires are put on.
