I was very impressed with Eric. There was a slight miscommunication, but he handled it very professionally. He listened to my concerns & put me at ease. There was also a young man who was very professional.
So far im very happy. My car is still there waiting for pricing on the repair as well as another recommended replacement of bolts that they showed in the video that should be replaced soon.
