Poor communication needed the truck back quickly took over a week for anybody to give me any answers when the job was completed I made it 4 miles down the road and the service engine light came back on ..I didn’t have the patience to deal with you guys anymore so I went to another dealer!! The service manager Eric was a disgrace never answered his phone never return calls … Felt like I was getting the middle finger from the dealership never will you see me in there again for sales or service

I got no papper work associated with the work that was completed. I picked up the car on Friday. Service guy Martin calls me on Monday to tell me it's done come and get it. On Wednesday I get a text saying your car is ready to come home. I was half tempted to show up and see what vehicle they wanted to give me.

I don't think that my car should have took over 2 days to get repaired. I think that there was a mix up in communications with your service department. I should have been given a loaner. And what I really upset about is that I had 3 face masks hanging from the blinker. When I got my car back those face masks were on the floor all dirty and full of foot prints. I needed those masks for when I visit my dad at the nursing home. Now I have to throw them out. Why didn't someone move the masks to the passenger side? How did the face masks end up on the floor of my car all stepped on? I know it's just face masks but you should have more consideration for my stuff. I needed those masks. My steering wheel was greasy and dirty finger prints on the window.
