Had to complain and explain my car’s situation more than once to multiple people. Had my car for over 36 hrs when it was done didn’t receive a call to pick it up til the next day !
I was told that the appointment was at 9:45am. The dealership called me at 9:30 to tell me that I missed my appointment. The console trim was not secured all the way after they replaced the hvac control module.

ALWAYS excellent service. Convenient. Friendly. Peyton is knowledgeable and explains everything thoroughly. They couldn’t get my brakes to squeal like they have been for months because, of course, they wouldn’t do it for the mechanic, but started up as soon as I left. Peyton suggested making a video which I wouldn’t have thought of. Attached below for her and mechanic. We are very satisfied with this service department and have been LONG term customers. After driving my truck still pulls to the right
Being quotes “out the door” price of $475. Then getting a call telling my truck was done and the price was $516. So “out the door” pricing means something different at Denooyer Chevrolet. The service advisor did reluctantly charge me $475 after a discussion on what “out the door” pricing means.

I have been a customer of Denooyer for Some years now.I have always received great service in the past.My experience with this last visit was not so great, my vehicle wasn't finished on my appointment day,had to get a loaner, had a problem with the billing was being over charged which took awhile to fix, then some damage was caused to my wheels which made me have to come back again. I ultimately missed out on some hours of work because of the multiple visits. At the end of the day you did what you could do to make me happy but it is what it is. Seems like it could have been much better of an experience if my vehicle would have been finished up the day of my appointment and if my truck was cleaned up better after the work was completed.
