Nothing to do with the employees. They are terrific. There is a continuous problem with the back up camera, turning blue. It’s intermittent. I can’t tell you how many times we have been back to the dealership, yet the problem continues. I can tell you that we will probably never own another Lincoln. I do like my aviator. But it has been an extremely unsettling to have it more in the shop than in my driveway. I still rate your service as A1, Arron and the rest of the team are trying, but, no matter what they do, it does not stay fixed. Thank you for asking. Mr, and Mrs. Carl K
