We have to bring our vehicle back in tomorrow because it was not fixed. They did the exact same thing to the truck that they did when we bought it in August. We haven’t used the air conditioner since then. And it is doing the same thing it did back then. So in essence we’ve paid for the same thing twice and it didn’t fix the problem.

I was very pleased with the service that Kruse provided. They got my vehicle into the shop in a timely manner. When the problem was diagnosed, they repaired it promptly and I got my vehicle back the next day.
