We set everything up for one visit because it was a drive for us to get their. When my wife got their she was told would have to come back because didn’t have all parts needed. We were told everything was instock. Then my wife was given a bill for the service and labor that I already paid for. Just felt like there was no communication between your sales office and your service department.

We bought the vehicle and on the second day, we started having issues with the battery. This should have been fully functional to be sold. Vince and Rudy did pay half the bill. We will hesitate before buying a used vehicle again from Kruze.
