Aaron did a great job providing updates on my vehicle while it was being serviced, and he helped me make an informed decision regarding the work needed on my vehicle. He was also very personable and friendly throughout the process. 5/5!
After a three thousand dollar bill, and looking over my vehicle, my window wash fluid was not filled, should have been one of the first things completed! I spoke with the service manager and asked if we could have my vehicle cleaned after spending this amount on it, at the least expected it to be vacuumed and wiped down, the exterior was washed but not to my satisfaction, my truck was at the dealership for nearly a week, I understand parts are behind normal schedule at this time, but as I said with that size of bill and this being the second vehicle we had there in the same week, pretty disappointed the interior was not attended . My wife’s vehicle gets an exterior wash every time we have it serviced, with no other work being completed.

I was called & told that the cabin filter was fine but that the other air filter needed to be changed. I agreed to having the air filter changed. When I went to pick up the car, I was charged for both filters. $125 for what should have been just a standard oil change. That’s the most I’ve ever had to pay for an oil change in my life & I will not be returning to Kruse in the future.

The service dept at Ford kruse is excellent. Don’t come any better than excellent. Don’t know last name of the guy named Aaron, but he is always the one that helps us snd I’m glad to have him. He bends over backwards to help us.
