As a newer customer, I am not overly familiar with the drop off process. My work schedule can be hectic for dropping the vehicle off. On this occasion, I had a ride picking me up. I had only minutes to spare and was dropping off the vehicle 3 hours prior to my appointment. I parked the vehicle and walked the keys in and wanted to drop them and go. The gentleman behind the counter proceeded to give me flack about not “checking” the vehicle into the service bay and performing a pre inspection. I stated I don’t have time for that. He again said I must pull it in for a pre inspection. I asked how it works when I have your crew pick up and deliver the vehicle for servicing and he stated that was different. I started bringing our new Ford to Kruse hoping to build a relationship with the service staff and sales department. We have switched from GM to Ford on one vehicle and am currently contemplating switching our second vehicle. Austin Deutz has been great to work with. However so far in the past year I have had an oil change appointment that did not get done as scheduled because someone forgot and I have been shamed for not following the rules at check In. Trust is an important factor in all aspects. I should be able to trust I can drop off a vehicle and the service will be completed professionally. If that trust has to be created through time wasting policy and procedure than there is a problem. I hope we can put the past two negative experiences behind us and move forward.

I hardly ever get my truck washed when I get it serviced. There always seems to be a problem with Kruse's car wash!
