They tried to sell me $3600 worth of service work when I came in for a recall, including a powersteering flush.....I HAVE ELECTRONIC POWERSTEERING! THERE IS NOTHING TO FLUSH

The car wash Scratched up badly. talk to guys working there waiting to hear back what they are going to do about it left after talking with them about the car wash issues and my check engine light came on had to turn around to find out what is going on they forgot to plug some stuff back in. I am not very happy about how everything was handled with the car wash issues

9:15 appt. Took 2 hours to change oil, rotate tires and change cabin filter. Over charged for services per previous contract. After several calls explaining, they are refunding differences. Should not have taken 2.5 hours for service or calls to have some bill charges refunded.

Aaron was absolutely awesome! Probably the best I’ve had in my decades of experience. I hope he continues to be my service advisor; the other individual I’ve had has been okay but could be described as too smarmy. That said I am frustrated with the inability of Lincoln and perhaps SiriusXM in their inability to understand and resolve the issue I am having between Sync and Sirius XM. Has nothing to do with Aaron who went above and beyond.
