I wanted to use that $169 coupon. I WAS TOLD I didn't need the parts with the coupon. After the charges for oil change and windshield wipers and $70 to install tires, it seems to cost more money and not receive new filters that went with coupon.

SERVICE IS ALWAYS GREAT AND SERVICE DESK EMPLOYEES ARE ALWAYS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE. MY ONLY CONCERN IS AFTER GETTING HOME AND REVIEWING MY PREVIOUS COUPLE OF RECEIPTS I NOTICED A CATEGORY “ material charges “ ON EACH OF MY BILLS. I PAY FOR LABOR, I PAY FOR PARTS, SO WHY DO I GET BILLED APPROXIMATELY 10% EXTRA EVERY TIME I COME IN? I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT THIS IS FOR, THIS ISN’T SOMETHING I HAVE EXPERIENCED FROM OTHER DEALERSHIPS.

Sure would be nice to have comfortable chairs to sit in while waiting. They’re a back killer and when conversations start in the waiting room is usually about how bad the seating is.
