I liked the prompt time of service I got there and my car was ready , perfect timing I consider my time important, I was impressed as always. They are the nicest people.
I was seen promptly at my appointment time. The dealership where the vehicle was purchased had closed down, so I was impressed by my treatment. This dealership was impressive.

I told you a week ago, when I made the appointment, that I needed a new seatbelt receiver, but you didn’t order it until I brought my car in today. So now you expect me to be without my car for another day (today, and the day when the buckle arrives). So for 10 days or more, I’m driving illegally and un-safely in a car without a working seatbelt. That fact hasn’t seemed to trouble anyone at Holly Chev.
