Sam was very friendly, and she made sure I understood the services and I felt very comfortable talking to her.
The first visit I had was ok. The second visit was not so great. I should not have had to have a second visit because when the fuel pump was installed, the fuel line wasn’t put back on correctly. I work out of this car and had a customer in my car when the fuel line broke. This should not have happened. They did provide a rental however the entire time they had my car I could not work. This error caused me to miss a week of work. Putting me further in debt

No feed back about my vehicle. I received a text while waiting. Called the number in the text thinking I was going to to get my advisor, instead I got another advisor who informed me Sam was at her desk. I shared my vehicle was ready and I’m still waiting. She informed me that Sam was probably doing paperwork. So I waited probably another 15 minutes and still nothing. So I go out to the bay office. She was cleaning her glasses. I brought up the additional service needed. She didn’t bother to go in detail. I asked how long and she said another hour. She barely told me where my vehicle was parked. I was totally turned off by her people skills. Will book my future service but absolutely not under her. I have had service before here and have had better customer service. If your going to spend more money and take advantage of additional promotions you sell the interaction has to be welcoming. $112 dollars walked right out of your bay this morning.
