You went the extra mile by picking up my car and returning it without me having to go into the dealership’s waiting area amongst all the people. I am in the high risk group for Covid so was delighted with to have this option! Thank you Duane!

Everything was great except for one of the key fobs that you gave me when I bought the car didn't work and you are refusing to get it to work because the salesman that sold me the car says it cost too much money and that I bought the car used. I was very disappointed with that response. Why didn't you make sure that it worked before you gave it to me?
